have you ever asked yourself the question,

what makes me smile?

think about it for a while,

i have been all week
and currently,
i have nothing
i mean sure my friends make me smile
and my family makes me smile
and music makes me smile
but they also make me frown
and most of the time cry
so does it really count??

ive been trying to look so hard
been trying to look so deep
and i dont even see anything anymore
i have found i dont know who i am
but then again, do any of us know who we are?

maybe not knowing is the answer
maybe we dont know who we are,
but we know WHAT we are
we are human, we are the same
but yet, we still manage to hate each other
i dont understand people
i dont understand the world
and i dont understand the point of this journal

i just wanted to ask the questions;

do you know who you are?

and what makes you smile?

because i really dont know
